Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Opsore ITSM platform provided by Lalinx Private Limited It forms part of the Terms of Service. Customer is responsible for its Users' compliance.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

Illegal activity

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023;
• Store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Process personal data without a lawful basis or in violation of applicable data protection law.

Security abuse

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure without prior written authorization from Lalinx;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, workspace, system, or data;
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
• Transmit malware, or use the Service to distribute or operate malicious software;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including load testing without written consent).

Platform abuse

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service's notification features;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau, except as expressly permitted in an Order Form (e.g. MSP plans);
• Use the Service to build, or assist a third party in building, a competing product, including systematic scraping or extraction of the Service's software or non-Customer content;
• Share User credentials or allow more individuals to use the Service than the number of licensed Users;
• Upload data you are not permitted to share, including another organization's confidential information.

Sensitive data limits

• The Service is designed for IT service management records. Do not use it as a system of record for: payment card data (PCI), government-issued identifiers beyond employee IDs, health records, biometric data, or data of children — unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Reporting

Report abuse, vulnerabilities, or suspected account compromise to security@opsore.com. Good-faith security research reports are welcome; we ask for reasonable disclosure time before publication and will not pursue action against good-faith reporters acting within this policy.

3. Enforcement

Lalinx may investigate suspected violations. For violations that threaten the security, availability, or integrity of the Service or other customers, Lalinx may suspend access immediately, with notice as soon as practicable; for other violations, Lalinx will normally give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Repeated or material violations are grounds for termination under the Terms of Service. Lalinx may remove or disable content that violates this policy and, where legally required, report unlawful activity to authorities.

4. Changes

We may update this policy with notice per the Terms of Service; the current version always applies.
